Our products come from an ancient recipe from western Liguria, handed down from our grandmothers, the Stroscia.

At that time, the family was not allowed to waste anything, and by recycling the part of the oil deposit, mixing it with flour and sugar, the tastiest dessert of our tradition came to life.

The continuous search for high quality raw materials and the exclusive use of olive oil, a precious substitute for butter, in addition to giving the products a delicious friability, guarantees excellent digestibility by virtue of the optimal ratio of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated.
